Staff Kelly Foster

Kelly joined the Gorge Commission staff in November 2023 as a Public Records & Administrative Analyst. A resident of the gorge since 2018, she appreciates the opportunity to live and recreate in such a unique scenic area. She received a B.A. in Linguistics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and devoted the first decade of her career to information retrieval in the technology and legal services industries.
