Rulemaking

On July 14, 2026, the Gorge Commission adopted changes to its Open Public Meetings, Public Records Disclosure, Conflicts of Interest, and Administrative Procedure Rules. The Gorge Commission filed the adopted rules with the states, and the rules will be effective beginning September 1, 2026. Below are the permanent rule filings. Note that one Oregon document shows tracked changes and the other shows just the final rules. The Gorge Commission will post the new rules on its Rules webpage on or about September 1.
